When to send it
During a tournament, to the coaches already on your athlete’s list. Only send it to coaches who already know who your athlete is from an intro email. A schedule from a name they don’t recognize usually gets ignored. Send it the night before or the morning of each day’s matches, with a new one each day as brackets release.
Why it works
No pitch, no stats, no film. It just tells a coach exactly where to find your athlete, so it’s easy for them to walk over.
